The experience has been okay. Trash area should be maintained more frequently, alot of flies. More BBQ areas with sitting/tables since grills are not allowed.

When I first moved in things were a little rough due to a few apartment issues. But once I noticed the office they immediately took care of all issues. They even called to check on me a few times after fixing my issues. The community is very quiet in the day time as well as night. ????????????????

I think the apartment is great. Besides the abundance of spiders and spiders webs everywhere, the buildings could you a good power wash. Landscaping could be a bit better, such as a leaf blower clearing the pathways and parking lots there are way too many trees not to keep on to this. The washing machines are very small in the laundry rooms. The apartments are nice sizes, some of the upgrades are nice. All in all not to bad for Vallejo at that!

we are so happy to be hear, its nice and quite,and so peaceful.only thing I wish we has better parking I have a small child and all the parks are always taken so I have to park outside and walk in but other than that its a good place to call home.

The maintenance guys are great!! But our apartment is falling apart and we are rarely notified if the water is going to be turned off. Also, the construction crew makes being outside incredibly unsafe with all the screws, nails, and other debris they drop. Our pipes also back up constantly because we are the bottom level and when our things have been ruined because of it we were never reimbursed or told how to make a claim for replacements.

Good so far haven't had any problems if so they fix it right away. I love how quiet it is. I wish that there was more washing machine and dryers that work all the time.

Friendly neoghbors, safe area for kids. Friendly people who work at the front desk. The security guards are veey nkce as well. I like the gated community. And i also like the doggy pick up trash area for everyones dogs. Nice place.
